It is published when I ready and with a summery in French an English language.           Note:   In the chapter "Journals not issued regularly according announced peridiocity" are included the journals which, as the experience has shown, are issued less than announced to be published.                             As a consequence, we have to sell them by individual issues, like we do with common books, and not following a subscription.
